We want every homeowner who reaches Domesticlewis Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Domesticlewis Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
